How can yoga help me?

Yoga can be of great help to you as a carer. It can help you relax both the mind and the body and get things back into perspective. I have both PwMS and carers in my sessions and they both gain benefits by easing out tensions, strengthening weak muscles, improving posture and, perhaps most important, breathing more deeply and calmly which has the result of lowering blood pressure.
